Everything sent here is read by one of two people, and corrections take priority over everything else. If a ceiling, a bonus figure or a licence detail on this site no longer matches what the operator shows, we want to know today rather than at the next quarterly check.

Reaches Niamh Cassidy. Questions about a withdrawal that has gone quiet, a verification request you do not understand, or a banking figure on this site that looks wrong.

Reaches Eoin Traynor. Anything factually wrong on the site, and any dispute about a verdict or a ranking.

Operators and networks. We do not sell placement, scores or the removal of criticism, so if that is the enquiry it will be a short exchange.

What gets the fastest answer
A correction that arrives with evidence can be verified in a single step, which means it is fixed the same day rather than queued. The useful package is: the page, the exact claim, and a screenshot of the operator's cashier or a link to the clause showing the correct position.
What we can help with
- Explaining a bonus term, a wagering calculation or a ceiling you have run into.
- Telling you which stage of the payout chain your withdrawal is probably sitting in.
- Naming the regulator that licenses a given operator and what evidence it expects.
- Correcting anything inaccurate on this site.
- Pointing you at free, confidential support in Ireland.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot reach your casino account. No access, no relationship with any operator's payments team.
- We cannot recover a balance or reverse a decision. Only the operator, and then its regulator, can do that.
- We cannot lift a self-exclusion. That is deliberate on the operator's side, and we would not if we could.
- We cannot tell you which game will pay. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something.
Never send us documents. We do not need, want or store identity documents, card numbers, passwords or verification files. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from this site and asks for them, it is not us — report the message and delete it.
Complaint against an operator?
Write to the operator first, in email, keep every screenshot, and allow the response window stated in its terms. Then escalate to the licensing authority named in its footer. Our resources page sets out which authority covers each casino listed here, what evidence each one expects, and how the Irish regulator fits in. If you are unsure which route applies, send us the details and we will point you at the right one.
Need support rather than information?
Gamblingcare.ie offers free confidential counselling in Ireland on 1800 936 725, and GamCare runs chat around the clock. Neither is connected to any operator or to us. More options are listed on our safer play page.
